Consultation to write a successful proposal for NEKCA to act as Fiscal Agent with responsibility for regional administration and coordination of Children’s Integrated Services for Essex, Newport and Caledonia Counties in northern Vermont.
Consultation to support NEKCA and regional partners in reinventing Children’s Integrated Services in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont managing resources, establishing protocols and processes, developing Community Infrastructure Teams, strengthening collaborative relationships, and advancing best practice for young children and families.
